TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation)

The Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) is a fair, objective, independent and internationally recognized third party accredited organization to provide the economic & social development, to maintain and use the international mutual recognition agreements and also to establish an infrastructure that conforms to the WTO and APEC compliance assessment system in order to facilitate economic and trade development. TAF has continuously participated a number of international accreditation activities through multilateral or bilateral cooperation (such as holding the organization of international seminars, joint evaluation ...etc.), committed to Taiwan accreditation development to meet the international trends, and also plays a positive and contributive role in the international accreditation society by their own accredited experience to assist other countries, who are not mature of accreditation. In addition to the International Accreditation Consortium, TAF also develops new international partners timely to make accreditation services more effective.
